About Cirtiq
Cirtiq builds clinical safety infrastructure for the age of AI. OrderGuard, its product, is an independent check on every clinical order before it reaches the patient, whether a clinician wrote it or an AI tool drafted it. It verifies each order against the patient's complete record, including care at other hospitals, through the standard interfaces built into electronic record systems, and either clears it silently or holds it for a clinician to resolve under the hospital's own policy. Every check, hold, and resolution is kept in a permanent record. Cirtiq was founded by Chris Riley, Dr. Garth Graham, and Ajai Sehgal and is based in Park City, Utah. The company was formerly Blue Clay Inc.
Cirtiq is pronounced SUR-tik and written "Cirtiq" in running text.
